Target Group:
For ambitious projects in an early phase with the potential for groundbreaking innovations and a major social impact.
Universities can take part in the call for proposals with a specific start-up intention or as a partner with a company.
Supported Project types:
The following project types are supported as preparatory measures for RTI projects:
- use cases for an existing technology,
- root cause analysis,
- elaboration and testing of a technical concept,
- strategy and implementation planning of major change processes.
Funding amount and duration:
- Funding is up to € 80,000
- for a maximum of 12 months.
- The funding rate for research institutions is 80%.

16 September 2025, 12 noon.
